Victoria's experience in the fashion industry and real estate development has given her a unique perspective in terms of designing products and structures, and the businesses behind them. She has held numerous executive positions at leading fashion retailers and wholesalers. As an intrepreneur, she was accountable for the PnL of several divisions at the same time, while helping a single category designer become a powerhouse global lifestyle brand. She's also won several awards at different companies for exceptional leadership. She successfully negotiated several company mergers and licenses that led to their repositioning. As an entrepreneur, she's launched, consulted, and mentored companies and individuals through her affiliations with global organizations. She works in the fields of fashion and construction. Being able to utilize her creative and analytical skills feed her spirit. She was a lobbyist for a non-profit she co-founded and was appointed Asst. State Director for United We Stand, by presidential candidate Ross Perot. Her state was the only one to achieve their goals. She reigned as Ms. Minnesota America in 2013.
